Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.
After Care
To fully enjoy your balloons for the longest possible time, please take note of the following steps below:
1. Remember your balloons are delicate! Take care when handling.
2. When colleting your balloons, ensure your car has a clean boot, and are able to put your seats down. When possible, please don't bring any passengers.
3. Balloons are sensitive to temperature, and become vulnerable.
If they get cold they might deflate, if they get too hot they might burst. Keep them at room temperature.
4. Balloons are sensitive to weather.
Direct sunlight might affect the colour, and direct sunlight may cause them to burst. Rain may leave marks on your balloons or pop them.
5. All displays must be kept on a clean surface, ensure you sweep the floor before placing balloons down.
6. Do not light candles when any Balloon Displays are in your home, even if the candle is in another room. The smoke off the candle will create a 'smog' on the balloons making them look dirty.
Safety Info
Please be safe and sensible with your balloons, and take note of the below:
1. Uninflated or Popped balloons as well as balloon accessories, may present a choking hazard. Always supervise Children and Pets around the balloons.
2. Balloons generally contain latex which may cause an allergic reaction to those with sensitivity. Please let me know you have a Latex allergy before placing your order so alternatives can be offered.
3. 'Water weights' are used on each display. This not only helps me keep your costs down, but it's also better for the environment than the foil weights. Take care when disposing of the Water weights by slightly cutting the neck with a pair of scissors over a sink or bath.
Cancellations
If for any reason your event has to be cancelled, this must be done as far in advance as possible. All reasonable efforts will be made by us to reschedule your booking if appropriate. If it can be rescheduled (subject to availability) then the booking fee can be transferred. If rescheduling is not possible then the booking fee will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that All Blown Up is forced to cancel, if an alternative cannot be agreed, you will be refunded in full, including the booking fee. Cancellations by the customer are subject to the following refunds of balance. Booking fees are non-refundable as costs are already incurred in processing your booking and sourcing materials needed before your event.

30+ days before event - 50% refund
14-29 days before event - 40% refund
7-13 days before event - 30% refund
2-6 days before event - 20% refund
Under 48 hours - No refunds.

Credit in full is accepted if you do not require a refund, once these terms have been agreed, terms cannot be amended.
Payments
Once both parties have come to an agreement in your requirements and an order has been formed, a booking fee is payable to secure your booking. This ensures both parties are committed to the agreement. It covers out of pocket expenses, administration costs and the purchase of any materials required for your booking and is non-refundable.
The total fee of your event and the booking fee, and to secure the date of your booking are due as shown below:

Booking fee due within 7 days of requirements being agreed. After this date, the date will no longer be reserved and you will be required to enquire again. Please do not make payment after 7 days without checking availability first.
The remaining balance of your order will be due at least 2 days before collection/delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
'Weekly Payments' are also accepted, if you wish to pay multiple lower payments, proving the balance is paid in full at least 2 days before collection/delivery.
